The assistant runs on your own AI key (Anthropic or OpenAI), so you pay your provider for tokens at their price, with no markup from us. Paste the key once, we verify it with a single test request and you can start quoting.

Yes. Your price lists, discounts and margins are visible only to your company — no one outside, not even another distributor. Data is kept in the European Union.
Our AI takes prices only from your price list, never „off the top of its head”. If it doesn't know something, it asks instead of guessing. And you always check the finished quote before sending.
No. It works inside the ChatGPT or Claude you already use. No install, no training, no extra login.
No problem. We take price lists in many formats — Excel, PDF and others. We handle loading and updates for you.
No. From the Starter plan up, the quote goes out in your file, with your logo and your brand. It looks like yours, because it is yours.
Plans start at 99 zł per month; bigger companies pay for seats and catalog scale. Best create an account and test it free for 7 days.
On the Micro plan the quote comes as a PDF in the standard template (with an AutoQuote footer note). From Starter up you get both PDF and Excel — with your logo, no footer.
Nothing bad — the system politely refuses the next file and suggests an upgrade. The limit resets on the 1st of the month. Nothing is lost and nothing is charged automatically.
You set your own exchange rate in the panel (e.g. 4.30) and quotes convert to PLN at YOUR rate — with whatever buffer you choose. Without a rate, the system honestly says it can't convert instead of guessing.
Yes — we handle price list ingestion, including PDFs. Message us which supplier you need; standard ones usually go live within 1–2 business days.
