Terms of Service

These Terms govern the AutoQuote / FIFO AQS service provided by FIFO Prosta Spółka Akcyjna (Kanonia 9, 50-328 Wrocław, Poland; KRS 0001047768, NIP 8982295483). Contact: biuro@fifo.com.pl.
Service
SaaS that selects products from provided price lists, computes prices, discounts and margin, and generates quotes; works as an overlay for third-party AI assistants and via an admin panel. B2B only — not offered to consumers.
Account & plans
Registration requires a verified e-mail. Prices are gross (VAT included). Payments via Stripe; self-serve billing is monthly or annual (add-ons on request). Plans: Trial, Micro, Starter, Team, Pro, Enterprise. The trial is time- and usage-limited; afterwards an active paid subscription is required. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but provide no SLA on plans other than Enterprise; maintenance windows may occur. Enterprise SLA available.
Customer data
Customer data remains the Customer's property; purchase prices, discounts and margins are treated as confidential and never shared with other customers. The end-customer version of a quote never reveals cost or margin.
Liability
The Customer verifies the final quote. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months; lost profits are excluded.

Law
Polish law; courts competent for the provider's seat.
